二、Documents of title & Guarantee
So far, the international through railway bill is a contract of transportation instead of a document of title. This hinders the international trade between countries

We transport cargo by railway, expressway and/or airway and issue Multimodal Transport Document, which is a document of title and can be used to obtain financial services from banks, such as negotiation under the L/C against the B/L, negotiation under banks’ guarantee and collection. When goods are warehoused in Wil-can Logistic Park, they will not be delivered, declared or checked, nor will customs duties be paid until there is a market
When goods are stored in Wil-can Logistic Park, the title of the goods are owned by the exporters (Note: exporters still have the B/L). Only after the seller and the buyer agree to transfer the title, shall the seller authorize Wil-can Logistic the right to give the title to the buyer, which makes the business convenient and safe.
When goods are in the warehouse, if the buyer drops out of the deal, sellers can either turn to other markets, or send the goods to domestic markets!
